If you’re a comic book, graphic novel or zine junkie, you cannot miss Expozine! Running next weekend (November 15-16th) from 12-6 pm daily, Montreal’s internationally-renown small press fair is also the biggest of its kind in North America. Attracting talent from all over the continent and abroad, the fair brings together over 300 publishers, authors, and artists each year, offering every kind of small print publication imaginable.
Located right near Laurier metro at Église Saint-Enfant Jésus (5035 St-Dominique), Expozine is filled annually with nearly 15 000 visitors, gathering a warm, bustling crowd of both exhibitors and fans. Surrounded by a ridiculous amount of comics, graphic novels, zines, and everything in between, you’re sure to make some new friends and find something you love along the way.
Whether you’re going to promote your own work (reps from Véhicule Press, Drawn & Quarterly and Éditions Pow Pow will be there) or to snag some limited-edition titles, Montreal’s Expozine is the perfect place to get lost in for an afternoon. Best of all, admission is free — we’ll see you there!
