La Cuvée d’Hiver is celebrating its third anniversary on February 26th, 27th and 28th at L’église Saint-Enfant-Jésus (5035 Rue St. Dominique). If you love to eat and drink well, then La Cuvée D’Hiver might just be the perfect event to celebrate Montreal En Lumière and Nuit Blanche.
For those of you that love microbrewery beers, this is your mecca! Le Trou du diable, La Succursale, McAuslan, L’Alchimiste, and for the first time, Dieu du Ciel and Les Sœurs Grises, are some of the beers you can expect to be on display at La Cuvée D’Hiver.
L’Gros Luxe, L’Entre-Pots, Pas d’cochon dans mon salon, La pâtisserie Rémy, and Le Pork Shack are serving up some delicious comfort food to absorb all that beer that you’ll be drinking. Think pulled pork sandwiches, donuts, pepperettes and, of course, L’Gros Luxe’s famous “Big Caesar” (if you don’t only want to stick to beer).
Domaine Pinnacle will be on site to let you sample products from its orchard, sugar shack and micro distillery. If that’s not enough, on the 26th, get ready to celebrate “Jeudi Whiskey” where you’ll be able to sample whiskeys from around the world! You’ll be able to chat with whiskey savants who are there to talk with you about their products.
What’s an evening of food and drink without entertainment?Lookout for rockabilly group, Hellbound Hepcats, DJ Don Mescal, and Cherry Cherie to provide you with great musical entertainment. To top everything off, La Cuvée D’Hiver is teaming up with Uber, which is offering 20$ discounts to festivalgoers who are new Uber users (the promotional code LACUVEE).
