Gone are the days where ordering in meant a greasy pizza from a fast food chain — many amazing Montreal restaurants offer delivery. As the semester starts and life gets busier, we all have days where we just don’t have the time or energy to cook or go out for food. We’ve rounded up some of Montreal’s best delivery options for your next night in.

4088 St-Denis | (514) 843-4194

ChuChai offers innovative vegetarian and vegan-friendly Thai dishes and looks way too fancy to offer delivery. With many glowing reviews, the verdict seems to be that you’ll enjoy your meal here whether or not you’re a vegetarian.

Mandy’s

5033 Sherbrooke West | (514) 227-1640 | order online
201 Avenue Laurier West | (514) 670-7820 | order online

If you’re lucky and live within Mandy’s delivery zone, you can treat yourself to a gourmet salad in the comfort of your own home. Getting delivery doesn’t have to mean not eating healthy!

115 rue Rachel East | (514) 849-1803 | order online

A Montreal classic, no guide to delivery restaurants would be complete without Romados, which serves up very affordable (and delicious!) Portuguese chicken with salad and tons of fries.

Omnivore

4351 St-Laurent | (514) 303-5757 | order online

Like Mandy’s, Mediterranean restaurant Omnivore offers delivery through À la carte express. Omnivore offers lots of affordable options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians, from filling salads to kafta sandwiches.

Chef on Call

2055A Bishop (514) 844-2040 / 3430 Parc Avenue (514) 844-2044 (opening soon) | order online

Chef on Call offers burgers, pasta, and a variety of other meals, and they’re a student favourite for their late hours and their proximity to campuses. Try their new Donator Burger – $1 from each sale goes to the McGill Make a Wish Foundation, so you can enjoy a burger and donate to charity without stepping out your front door.

Ta Pies

4520 Avenue du Parc | 514-277-7437 | menu

A cute little shop in the Mile End, Ta Pies is serving Australian and New Zealand pies and other goods. They’ll deliver both hot food and frozen food, and their pies come in both individual and family sizes. They do have a minimum for delivery (see their website for more information). In case you needed more convincing, apparently Hugh Jackman is a big fan.
